Binary options bonds – article

Bonds binary options were issued by several binary options brokers on numerous bonds in the past. These bonds binary options were unattractive to traders who did not use this financial tool and after a short trial period all binary options brokers stopped dealing with bonds. Unless a major development occurs in the financial market making bonds more attractive or more popular among traders, the chances of finding bonds binary options are slim. Our recommendation to traders is not to trade bonds binary options, even when they are available, until more information about “bonds binary options” trading is published online.

Bonds are basically a loan provided by the public to the issuer which can be a corporate or a government. The issuer states as part of the bond’s conditions the fixed interest rate paid and the period of time until expiration. Usually bonds are issued to fund various projects that are necessary for the activity of the issuer but have no allocated funds within the financial planning. Bonds are tradable because they represent a debt of the issuer and the bond’s rate incorporates the risk level and the interest rate.

Some of the relevant brokers include: EZTrader , NRGbinary , TraderXP , XPMarkets , iOption , Global Trader 365 , and OptiMarkets .
